EXEMPTIONS FROM PAYING BILLS November 2013.

This month,  701 households received unified payment bills with charges amounting to 0.00 dinars. The minimal number of points is 779. The “Blue home abacus” campaign demonstrates that by paying your bills on time, you can actually save money. In accordance with the Decision of the City of Novi Sad, citizens who pay their residential-utility bills on time, starting from November 2009, have been exempted from having to pay one monthly bill.
